Our hosting, security, and service providers may also automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs.

Ticketing and payment providers

If you follow a link to a venue or third-party ticketing service, that provider may collect payment, contact, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. Men of Eros does not collect or store payment-card information through this website.

How we use information

We may use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate, coordinate, and fulfill potential bookings.
• Communicate about availability, pricing, event requirements, and related services.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and booking process.
• Maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other unlawful activity.

How information may be shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, and security; FormSubmit and our email provider for processing and routing booking inquiries; and Google Analytics for website measurement.
• Venues, performers, production personnel, and other providers involved in evaluating or fulfilling a requested event.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

We do not currently sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and third-party services

Cloudflare may set an essential __cf_bm cookie to identify and reduce automated or malicious traffic. These security functions remain active because they are necessary to deliver and protect the website.

Google Analytics 4 stays off and its script is not loaded unless you select “Allow analytics” in the website's privacy choices. If allowed, Google Analytics may set _ga and property-specific _ga_* cookies and process browser and device details, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, and website interactions. We use these measurements to evaluate traffic and improve the website, not to serve advertising through this site.

Your choice is stored on your device. You can review or change it at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the website footer. Choosing “Essential only” keeps analytics off. If analytics was previously allowed, changing to “Essential only” stops future analytics from this website and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Google processes any analytics information previously received under its own privacy terms. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's analytics opt-out tools. This website does not currently load advertising pixels or an embedded checkout.

Links to Eventbrite, Instagram, YouTube, leonbudrowlive.com, and other third-party websites transfer you to services governed by those parties' own privacy and accessibility practices. The booking form sends the information you enter to FormSubmit so it can be routed to our booking email.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, administer bookings, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. You may also ask us to stop promotional communications. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser-based Do Not Track signals, the website does not currently respond to them. We will update this policy if our practices materially change.
