These Website Terms govern your use of menoferoslive.com, operated by Form V Creative, LLC, doing business as Men of Eros and Form V Productions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. Separate ticket, venue, booking, or event agreements may impose additional terms and will control if they conflict with these Website Terms.

Adults only

The site and its content are intended only for people age 18 or older. Event admission may be restricted to a higher age based on venue policy, ticket terms, or applicable law. You are responsible for complying with all age and identification requirements.

Informational purpose

Website content is provided for general promotional and informational purposes. We may update, remove, or correct content at any time. Descriptions, photographs, performer references, availability, pricing, dates, and event details are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Booking inquiries and tickets

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a booking, or obligate either party. A booking becomes effective only when confirmed under a separate written agreement and any required deposit or payment has been received. Ticket purchases and admissions may also be subject to terms established by a venue, promoter, or ticketing provider.

Tickets, event changes, and refunds

Ticket purchases are governed by the terms shown by Men of Eros, the venue, promoter, or ticketing provider at the time of purchase. Unless those terms expressly provide otherwise, ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Events, dates, times, venues, and performer lineups may be changed, postponed, relocated, or canceled. Any credit, exchange, or refund for an affected event will be determined by the applicable ticket terms and non-waivable law.

When tickets are sold through a third party, that provider is responsible for its checkout system, payment processing, delivery, and provider-specific charges or policies. Questions about a third-party transaction should be directed to that provider.

Guest conduct and voluntary participation

Guests must follow applicable law and all venue, security, and performer instructions. Harassment, threatening behavior, unsafe conduct, and non-consensual touching are prohibited. Admission may be denied or revoked for unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe conduct, subject to applicable law and the governing ticket or venue terms.

Audience participation is voluntary. A guest who chooses to participate accepts the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with live entertainment, crowds, theatrical effects, and voluntary interaction. Nothing in these terms releases any party from responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived.

Performers and service providers

Independent contractors, including performers and other service providers, may be engaged under individual agreements. Legal worker classification depends on applicable law and the actual facts of each working relationship; nothing on this website changes any classification required by law. Cast, staffing, and assignments may change unless a written booking agreement expressly provides otherwise.

The Men of Eros name, logos, photographs, graphics, copy, design, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Form V Creative, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view the site for personal or legitimate business-evaluation purposes.

The site may link to social networks, venues, ticketing providers, and other third parties. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form V Creative, LLC and its DBAs, Men of Eros and Form V Productions, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability imposed for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations. Event-specific rights and responsibilities are governed by the applicable ticket terms or written booking agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Form V Creative, LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law must apply. Event-specific, venue, ticketing, or booking agreements may contain their own governing-law or dispute provisions and will control for those transactions.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
